As part of our complimentary theme support we happily provide advice, pre sales questions and theme bug fixes. 

We do not offer:

• HTML/CSS development

• App installations or app bug fixes

• Layout changes

For any work we consider to be outside of the scope of a support request or anything which takes you beyond our complimentary support, we advise you to contact an external Shopify customisation service such as Storetasker.
